Return policy

Mackenzie Case Handmade does not accept returns/refunds/exchanges of any kind. please check all details and sizes before placing your order. However, if there’s an issue with your order upon receiving, please email mackenzie@mackenziecase.com within 7 days of receiving and I will see how I can help you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Must be within 3 days of receiving your item.

Custom items

Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. Deposit payments will not be refunded. Pre-discussed design parameters will be met to the best of my ability, but the buyer agrees that the final design is up to the artist's discretion.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
